- Each Kay blower has computer calculated impeller profiles and is precision machined on latest CNC machines assuring close tolerance between the impellers, body & side plates to minimize "Back slippage" of air improving efficiency & reliability.
- All rotating parts like impellers & pulleys are dynamically balanced to avoid undue load over the bearings.
- Precision hardened & ground helical steel gears located on the drive side for more input torque capability are used to ensure efficient operation without waste of energy
- Piston rings are used to reduce air leakage through the shaft openings in the side plates.
